Nuvea Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between the company Nuvea (hereinafter "Nuvea" or "the Seller"), whose legal information is detailed in the Legal Notice, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to make a purchase via the website [Your Shopify site name, e.g., nuvea.com] (hereinafter "the Site").
Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs by the Client.

Article 2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Nuvea Site, within the limits of available stock. Nuvea reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the Site in the form of a description outlining its main technical characteristics (dimensions, composition, use...). The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way.

Article 3. Prices
The prices listed on the product pages of the online catalog are prices in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be passed on to the price of the products. Nuvea reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Client. The indicated prices do not include delivery costs, which are billed in addition to the price of the purchased products.

Article 4. Order
A Client wishing to purchase a product must:

  • Fill in the identification form where they will provide all requested details or log in if they already have an account.
  • Validate their order after reviewing it.
  • Make payment under the conditions provided.
  • Confirm their order and payment.
    Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these T&Cs, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge thereof, and waiver of the right to invoke their own terms of purchase or other conditions. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

Article 5. Payment Methods
Payment is due upon order. Payments will be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) via a secure payment platform (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). The information transmitted is encrypted by state-of-the-art software and cannot be read during transport over the network. The Client's account will be debited immediately after order validation.

Article 6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. Delivery times are given for information only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be canceled, and the Client reimbursed. Nuvea will provide the package tracking number by email (contact@nuveabloom.com). Risks related to transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave Nuvea's premises. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Client has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, manual) allowing for remarketing in new condition. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products will not be accepted. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Client. Reimbursement will be made within fourteen days following receipt of the returned products.

Article 8. Guarantees
All products supplied by Nuvea benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned to Nuvea, which will take it back, exchange it, or refund it. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by mail to the registered office address or by email to contact@nuveabloom.com within thirty days after delivery.

Article 9. Liability
Nuvea, in the distance selling process, is bound only by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

Article 10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site [Your Shopify site name, e.g., nuvea.com] are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nuvea. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether in the form of photos, logos, visuals, or text.

Article 11. Personal Data
Nuvea undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided by the Client. All information concerning the processing of personal data is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Article 12. Disputes
These distance selling conditions are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of [City of your company's registered office].
